Questions about COCONOIR LASHES?

Let us answer them for you!

 1) How do I apply strip lashes?

Hold the lashes against your lash line to measure the length of your eye.

Trim
Trim the outer part of the lash that extends past the outer corner of your eye. If the lash extends past the outer corner it will make your eyes appear droopy and we do not want that! Trim the lash to exactly your eye size.

Applying Glue
Using our COCO BRUSH ON ADHESIVE- Brush on a small amount of the liquid glue along the lash band focusing more on the inner and outer ends of the lash. Wait about 30 seconds for the glue to get tacky before applying alone your eyelid close to your natural lash.
When using our COCO LINER PEN ADHESIVE, draw the liner along the upper eyelid the same way you would apply eyeliner. Wait about 30 seconds for the glue to get tacky before applying alone your eyelid close to your natural lash.

Placing the Lash
When you are ready to apply your lashes, look downward in a mirror and apply them using a pair of COCO LASH APPLICATOR. Looking down will ensure that your eyelid is showing the most surface space to get the lashes as close to your lash line. Looking straight ahead can cover the skin closest to your lash line and cause you to place the lash too high.

Adjusting the Lash
Set the lash band in the middle of your lash line. Next, secure the outer end of the lash band and save the inner corner for last. This might take a little time to get everything comfortably in place. Remember to take your time and be as precise as you can.

Finish
That's it! Blink your eyes, look side to side, up and down making sure nothing is poking you. If something is bothering you, you can always peel them off and start again.

2) How do I remove strip lashes?

Start on the outer corner of your lash and gently pull up the corner of your lash. Use your Coconoir Lash Applicator to grab onto the edge of the lash.  Pull gently inwards towards the corner of your eye.  Clean off any extra glue still on the lash strip with our Coconoir Cleanser, and brush out the lash with your Coconoir Lash Brush! Place lash back into its Coconoir box and save for the next time you use them!

3) How do I apply the Magnetic Liquid liner?
Grab your Coconoir Magnetic liner and gently swipe it along your upper lash line from the inside corner to the outside the same way you would apply eyeliner. You want to make sure that you are applying it as close to your lash line as possible so that your false lashes look like your own. Once it's completely applied, allow it to dry completely or until it is no longer tacky.

4) How do I remove my Magnetic strip lashes?

You can use any 2-phase makeup remover but we recommend using our Magnetic Safe Coconoir Cleanser to ensure your lashes and magnets are not damaged.

It's best to wash your face first then use a cotton pad with your remover on it. If you have difficulty removing the liner, hold the soaked pad over the liner for a few seconds to soften it.  Pull up the outside of your lash and pull inwards towards the corner of your eye.

It's important that you  do not clean the lashes or magnets with other liquids. This could damage the lashes and the magnetic strip and prevent the lashes from sticking to the liner.

5) Why are my Magnetic lashes not sticking?

Here are the reasons that you may be having an issue and ways to ensure your lashes stick!

The liner needs to be dry to the touch when you apply it, ensure it was not still wet when you tried to apply the lash.

You may need more liner. You need to use 2 coats but sometimes people use extremely thin coats. If it's not working add another coat or two and allow it to dry before trying the lash again. You can also add an extra little bit at the corners.

The magnets may be dirty. Be sure to clean them off between applications. Do not wet or soak the lashes themselves. That will cause damage to the lashes.
