Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, delivery and shipping, & handling charges:

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping on all CAD orders:

Orders will be processed in 1 business day if your order is received by 2:00pm CST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day.

All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by COCONOIR. These rates will be indicated on the checkout page.

Order total amount is in CAD dollars by default unless currency button was changed to indicate USD. International customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees.


Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. COCONOIR is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Refused Packages

In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.

Product Availability

We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.
